Otter Springs

The spring is located in a deep coomb where the hills to the west descend into the Mondu Flats.

Discovering this historic site requires a short hike from the end of the nearby road. Only the spring and remnants of a well-casing protruding from the spongy turf mark this reliable water hole used by aboriginals and later travelers up the Battleford Trail. This site is located at SE 04-25-16 W3rd and is on private property.
